Update 05/19/2020

We are OPEN, including elective surgeries, as allowed by Governor Jay Inslee in light of the current COVID-19 Pandemic. We've made every effort to put SAFTEY as our TOP PRIORITY for our Patients and our Staff. Please read through our Mandatory COVID-19 Patient Screening and Safety Protocol and our COVID-19 Infection Control Summary below BEFORE arriving to our office.

We have been diligently following with current guidelines/recommendations by WA DOH (Department of Health), ADA (American Dental Association), WSDA (Washington State Dental Association), AAOMS (American Association of Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery), CDC (Centers for Disease Control), FDA (US Food & Drug Administration), and OSHA/WISHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration/Washington Industrial Safety and Health Act), and we anticipate further changes during this dynamic time. We appreciate your cooperation and understanding!

Update 03/18/2020

At 425 Oral, Maxillofacial, and Implant Surgery (425 Oral Surgery), we've been closely monitoring the communications daily from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), the State Department of Health(WADoH), and the news. In light of the ever-changing state of COVID-19 pandemic and recent recommendation by American Dental Association (ADA), we've made a difficult decision to OPEN FOR ORAL SURGERY EMERGENCIES ONLY from March 16, 2020 through May 18, 2020 or until further notice. This was also requested by our State Department of Health (WADoH) on March 17, 2020 and mandated by Governor Jay Inslee on March 18,2020. Our phone lines will be open during our temporarily limited business hours (M - F: 9AM to 1PM) to treat emergent & urgent cases from referrals, answer questions, reschedule appointments, and followup with existing patients.

However, we ask all those who qualify to be seen on emergency & urgent basis to answer the QUESTIONNAIRE below for the safety of our staff and future patients:

  • Do you have a fever or above normal temperature?

  • Have you experienced shortness of breath or had trouble breathing?

  • Do you have a dry cough?

  • Do you have a runny nose?

  • Have you recently lost or had a reduction in your sense of smell?

  • Do you have a sore throat?

  • Have you been in contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19?

  • Have you tested positive for COVID-19?

  • Have you been tested for COVID-19 and are awaiting results?

  • Have you traveled outside the United States by air or cruise ship in the past 14 days?

  • Have you traveled within the United States by air, bus or train within the past 14 days

If you answered "Yes" to any of these questions, we'll redirect you to the nearest Emergency Hospital, where they are equipped to help your emergency needs.

As always, please feel free to contact our practice with any questions or concerns. Thank you so much for your understanding and we'll get through this difficult time together. Please stay safe!
